Acebeam Pokelit AA CU

The Acebeam Pokelit AA copper, one of the most popular AA-sized lights on the market, will undoubtedly make your gear stand out. It features a neutral white, CRI90 Nichia 519A emitter with a very clear and clean round hotspot.  Additionally, AA alkaline/NiMH batteries or 14500 lithium-ion batteries can power this light.

Best version of the Pokelit, by far

Best version of the pokelit out there. even better than the aluminum one. Feels very solid in the hand, has good heft. forward clicky switch is better (alum. wasn't bad, this one is just more tactile and has less travel), UI is much better spaced, no mode memory and you have low, medium, high, instead of moonlight, high, higher. wish the low was lower but it's still a good low unlike the Tool AA on liion.

The emitter is very neutral, a tad cooler than I usually go for but not green. won't swap it cause it's engraved 5000k. the beam is unlike any other light I have, wide and floody but also reaches a decent amount. hotspot is very round and pretty wide, with a sharp cutoff to the spill.

overall though I wouldn't change anything, even the low, unless I could have a moonlight mode in addition. very likely the perfect 14500 EDC light. and the copper will get a nice patina over time. I usually carry this at work even though I have about 30 lights that are sized to fit in a pocket. highly recommend this light!
