If you do not see tracking updates please understand it is likely with USPS as they often miss scans and their delivery estimates are often way off, especially with orders containing lithium-ion batteries. A week or more of no tracking updates is the new normal for USPS and does not mean your package is lost. While USPS is terrible at tracking updates and delivery estimates they do not lose packages often in our experience. Please be patient if you choose to use their services.
