Weltool LH Product Series | LH2 IR Light Head

This Weltool LH2 uses a high-density Infrared LED, single-mode, throwing beam.  The radiant flux of up to 2000mW, Beam distance up to 597 yards，IR LED produces 1150mW/sr typical radiant intensity providing optimum illumination when using night vision equipment.



The Weltool LH2 is compatible with Weltool the weapon light body, such as the Weltool W35, W65 weapon light body, or BB3, BB6 flashlight body. It is also compatible with the body of Surefire M600DF.

The maximum diameter of the Weltool LH2 is 32.5mm (1.28 inches), it is made of CNC machines aluminum alloy and the surface is black or FDE.

 

The Weltool LH2 is also the original head of W35IR and W65IR Weltool weapon lights, which can be driven by 1 lithium ion battery (cannot use 2 lithium ion batteries or 2 lithium batteries).


Use a Weltool UB18-12P (18350) rechargeable lithium-ion battery for up to 70 minutes.

Crazy bright with pvs7's

Using this with my pvs7's and this thing is insane. Crazy amount of throw and lights up rooms like a spot light. Paired this with w65 body and tail cap and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Weltool IR Head

I purchased the light head and mounted it on the Weltool W35 body. I then mounted it opposite my white light on my duty rifle. All I have to say is, is this thing is bright! It makes my PVS 14’s auto gate and it provides a concentrated beam that can illuminate objects roughly 200 yards away. We’ll see how it holds up during my next qualification. Shipping was extremely fast with kill zone flashlights. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

Hello. I am interested in putting together a long distance IR light to mount on a rifle.
I think the LH2 looks like the best way to go. is the 18650 the longest lasting battery?? is it rechargeble??? Is the SF MH60DF/MH62 the right body ?
Don't know what tail cap to use or what else you would recommend??
I would like a cost . I have a couple of more questions. But that will be determined by whatever you suggest.

Will this work on surefire m640df?

LH2 is compatible with M640DF but the LH2 can only use lithium-ion batteries like an 18650. Using two of any type of battery will damage the light head. Dual CR123 or dual 16340 will damage the light and void the warranty.
