Great little light

Best small light I have seen, even better with the 10440 tube added. Fast service, great quality.

Great little flashlight

Ok let's get the bad out of way first. With the default battery you're not going to get runtime at high lumens with this tiny flashlight. Lower and medium lumens maybe a couple of hours is my best estimate so far.

Now with the 10440 tube that improves substantially and if you want this to be anymore than a Keychain Flashlight I would highly advise getting the 10440 tube and use a 10440 cell. It's still really tiny even with the 10440 tube (will post pic with 10440 tube next to roxyvon A1).

Anyways now on to the good stuff and why I'm giving it 5 stars despite the mediocre high lumen battery life. I forgot to mention in turbo mode with the 10180 cell it will step down very quickly unless you turn temperature step down off and you have a well charged cell.

Anyways, it's extremely small and well built it's easily the best built tiny flashlight I've owned and I have tried a ton. The fit and finish are beautiful and the the thing looks so cool.
Second it can get best bright, especially with 10440 cell, it's brighter than even my royvon crees which previously were the brightest mini flashlights I had.

Third the UI is very good, the smooth ramping is awesome and you can change pretty much every parameter to suit your needs. I love the one click on and off and of course it remembers your last setting. 2 click instant turbo mode, and one click and hold for moonlight which has adjustable intensity.

As I said with this UI you can adjust pretty much everything- step up one click from lowest output to highest or step down one click from highest output to lowest on the non smooth ramping mode.

Plus you can turn auto step down completely off or set time limits instead of temperature. Please not with 10440 tube and prolonged turbo mode it will get very hot at the bulb housing, you will need to move your fingers down a bit.

Ok well the very best thing for me is the warm led, it even warmer than a nichia. I'm using this little light to check opals and agates and other precious/semi precious stones so color accuracy is of paramount importance. And I'm happy to report the led is very natural. I will post 2 pics with the first being the tiny 2 with the Osram led lighting some opals and the second of the Frog to the right of the other pic. You can see how much richer the colors are.

So for me it's totally a keeper, and besides the weak battery life of the 10180 battery (to be expected) this is a stellar little torch. I might come back and post some beam shots but the beam is a good mix between concentrated spot but nice and semi flood at a distance.

Good stuff!
